I was making some red hair and I was doing this and that and when I refreshed, it said, "The custom content could not be imported, blah blah blah *Extra detail*." What am I doing wrong? Why is my custom content not being imported?

From somebody who knows very little about these things the first thing that springs to mind is do you need a mesh or is it using an EP you haven't got.
Go to the place you got it from and see if there is anything there about these issues. If there is nothing there you may need to contact the person who provided whatever it is you are using.
Somebody else will have a more complete answer, but that should set you thinking along the right lines.

That happens sometimes ... I'm not sure why ... Try undoing the last thing you did before it said 'custom content could not be imported' , save it, and try refreshing again, that's what I do Hope it works

Did you try to re-import it? Sometimes it may have imported, the importer just lies XD

And sometimes, if you have paint.net (I'm not sure about other programmes) you have to save it as a '24 bit' I'm not sure if that makes sense to the program you're using ..
