Then just remove the stairs and level the ground to the lowest point

Oh, ok. I've actually done that for one of my scenes for my music video. The thing is, at least for me, whenever I have the ground leveled and I try to put in a staircase, it won't let me so I have to use moveobjects on so that there will be stairs leading down to the basement. Otherwise what's the point of having a basement? lol

That's really odd... I didn't have to use moveobjects. Do you have foundation?

Yeah. I make my basements in the foundation.

Trying doing that first (what I said) then making the foundation around the hole. That worked for me.

I never need to use moveobjects, you may have the elevation a bit off, try tweaking it a bit.

I did but when I made a bit higher, it still wouldn't let me place it. Moveobjects seems to work alright though (I still haven't tried Cheesy's way cuz I haven't played in awhile).

Hmm...are you following my tutorials TO THE LETTER? I didn't cheat while making those so if you follow them EXACTLY you shouldn't need to cheat.
