So, I'm requesting a residential lot. I am requesting this because I am wanting a nice lovely house that I can move my Legacy into once there is enough money to do so. Whoever decides to do this, you can fully furnish it or you can leave it unfurnished. If more than one of you do this, great! That will mean more future legacy houses with their own unique style. When I use the house in the game, I will give full credit to the makers of the house. So, here is the following things I would like.
The Rooms I'd Like To Have In This House:
5+ Bedrooms
2+ Baths
Living Room
Kitchen
Dining Room
Game Room
Study
Basement (For rewards and such)
2 Car Garage (I have thgarage downloads from The Sims 2 website)
Outside the House:
Garden House (I have Seasons, so I'd like to plant some tomato, etc. products)
Pool
Good landscaping.
Custom Content Rules:
You can use custom content (walls, plants, objects, etcetera) as long as you give me a list and where you got them at. (A picture taken of the Sims2 Clean Installer with all the CC would work good too.)
House Plans:
These House Plans are what I like, but you can do whatever layout you think is great! I'll be trusting your artistic building skills on this! So, whatever layout you want to use, go for it! I just gave these plans because they are somewhat what I am looking for.
So, feel free to use this house plan, but also feel free to do your own layout thing, okay? Plus, these plans down exactly have all I want... =/ (I mainly liked it because of the outside and how the walls and such were pretty, mhm.)
Games/Items I Have:
Well, that's all I can think of. So, if you can do this, great! If not, I'll figure something out. :] Also, if you need anymore information, just ask me and I'll answer the best I can. ^^
