A middle class dream home! CLOSED

Yep I decided to make a very comon contest. The goal is to make a house that is cheap and yet very nice. The rules are: The house value must be under 35k and other then that, not much!
1st place: 700$ and 3 karama
2nd place: 500$ and 2 karma
3rd place: 350$ 2 karma
Particpation: 1 Karma nad 50$
